Welcome to EduSupport App!
This privacy policy governs how Dovemax Consulting (publishers of EduSupport App) use Personal Data (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with the use of our Application. This Policy, however, does not cover third-party services over which we do not have control.
Dovemax Consulting (“Dovemax Consulting”, “we”, “our” or “us”), understands that it is important for users of EduSupport App (the “App”) and customers of our subscription management and billing services (together with the App, the “Services”) (users and customers, each, are “you” or “your”) to know how your personal information is used and shared. We recognize our obligation to keep your information secure and confidential. In using the Services, Dovemax Consulting may collect data from you, including personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”), about you and your customers (collectively, the “Data”).
You may choose whether or not to provide or disclose Personal Data in connection with your use of our Service. If you choose not to provide the Personal Data we request, you may still use parts of our Service, but may be unable to access or use certain features, options, programs, and services. The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Dovemax Consulting. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third party websites, services and advertisements, and you visit them at your own risk.
By visiting or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept this Policy and you give your consent that we will collect, use, and share your Data as outlined in this Policy.
INTRODUCTION
We are committed to respecting privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that is shared with us as part of using the Service. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that may be used, either alone or in
combination with other information, to personally identify an individual.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time. You can see when this Privacy Policy was last updated by reviewing the “Last Updated” legend on the top of this page. We may notify you of such modification via email or posting on the website www.dovepreneur.com.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
We may receive and/or collect Personal Data in the following ways:
3.1. Personal Data You Provide to Us On the Service. Depending on your use of the Services, such as in setting up an Account, you may be asked to provide Personal Data of yourself or your customers, such as:

▪ Email address;
▪ Occupation;
▪ Company Information
▪ Phone number;
▪ Password;
▪ Information you post on any public forums on the Service; and
▪ Communications you send to us.
▪ When subscribing for our Service, we may require you to provide billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number (collectively “Billing Information”). We use third party vendors, namely Paystack®, to process payment information and we do not collect or store Billing Information.
3.2. Personal Data You Provide To Third Parties In the Service. Please note that we use certain third party service providers in the Service to enhance your experience or deliver certain services. These providers may collect Personal Data in performing their services and/or functions in the Service.
3.3. Information Provided By Third Parties. We may collect information about you through nonaffiliated third parties. For example, you may be able to access the Service through a social networking account, such as Facebook. If you access the Service through your Facebook account,
you may allow us to have access to certain Personal Data in your Facebook profile. This may include your name, email address, information in your public profile, and, if you have the App installed, people you follow and/or who follow you.
3.4. Information Collected Automatically. Certain information on the Service is collected automatically by means of various software tools. We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in log-in, systems administration purposes, information security and abuse prevention, to track user trends, and to analyze the effectiveness of the Service. Alone or in combination with other information, such automatically collected information may constitute Personal Data. Some of our service providers may use cookies or other methods to gather information regarding your use of the Service. Such third parties may use these cookies or other
tracking methods for their own purposes by relating information about your use of the Service with any of Personal Data about you that they may have. The use of such information by a third party depends on the privacy policy of that third party.
a). Client- or Device-specific IDs: A device identifier (ID) set and/or made available by the operating system. Users cannot alter or opt out of tracking with most of these solutions and Users
may or may not be able to control or change a device-generated identifier.
b). Statistical IDs: A server-side algorithm for identifying a device or user based on the values of a combination of standard attributes passed by user’s device, but using information provided by it, and/or by the gateway it uses to access the Internet. These device attributes include device type,
operating system, user-agent, fonts, and IP address.
c). HTML5 Cookie Tracking: Involves storing a cookie-like file in HTML5 local storage on the device.
These are similar to traditional cookies.
d). Universal login tracking: Universal Login Tracking: Requires consumers to log into different experiences using a preexisting login rather than create a unique one for that experience.
e) Subscription and Purchase History. When you use the Service, the Service automatically collects the history of the services you have used or purchased in and through the Service.
f) Analytics Software Tools. We use Google Analytics on our Application and web server to help us analyze the traffic and certain Application services. This also helps us obtain insightful information useful for understanding or knowledge towards performing target tasks.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED OR RECEIVED
We collect information from you on this Site to provide a meaningful, safe, efficient, and customized experience. We use this information to:
▪ make it easier for you to use this Application,
▪ communicate with you about services you use, billing and payment,
▪ verify your identity when you use the Application,
▪ help you more quickly find information and help users find you,
▪ create content on the Application that is more relevant to you, and
▪ alert you to new updates, services and special offers that might specifically interest you.
We use the Data we collect automatically, in aggregate and/or anonymized form, to improve Services. We may share this Data with third parties as described in the next Section of this Policy.
SHARING DATA
We do not sell or rent your Data in personally identifiable form to anyone. However, we may share your Data with third parties as described in this section.
▪ We may work with affiliates third party services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us (for example, to support the delivery of, provide functionality on,
or help to enhance the security of our Site or Service), or who otherwise process personal information, such as sending email messages, managing data and for purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or notified to you when we collect your personal information.
▪ We use and disclose Data as necessary in order to comply with any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or court order or regulation,
(ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
▪ If Dovemax Consulting is involved in the sale of a substantial portion of its business assets, your Data may be among the transferred assets.
▪ We may disclose your data to any other person with your consent to the disclosure.
MODIFICATION AND RETENTION OF DATA
If you wish to update Data provided to us, you may do so through the Application or by contacting us at submissions@dovepreneur.com
We retain your Data for as long as the information is relevant to our business purposes or until you request that we remove the Data. However, we may be required by certain laws or regulations to retain your Data for as long as such laws and regulations require us to do so.
Customers who wish to have their Data deleted from the Services may do so by contacting us at submissions@dovepreneur.com. However, you are responsible for deleting your Data and any Data of your customers stored at any third-party gateway you have chosen to use, and which is not managed by us. Downgrading your account on EduSupport App will not remove all the Data of your customers from the Services.
There may be residual Data that will remain in our database logs and other records. Such residual Data will be deleted according to a fixed schedule.
E-MAIL & COMMUNICATIONS
Transactional Emails
We may send transactional emails to you in order to provide support, invoices, bill reminders, or other notices as part of our Services. As a part of setting up and using the Services, we may also send emails to you about how to use our Services or how to enable or setup various features and
functionality of the Services. You will also receive sponsored notifications in the relevant section of the Application.
Promotional Emails
With your consent, we may send promotional emails, including but not limited to: newsletters, information emails about our Services, or updates about new features offered in our Services. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking on the provided opt-out link in the
email.
Promotional Notifications
If you choose to use our Notification system to send promotional messages and notification of your products and services, we will send those messages to App users and customers on your behalf.
EDUSUPPORT AS A DATA PROCESSOR
In our role as a service provider to you, we may collect, use, or disclose the Data of your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that the rights of your customers are protected. We will process Data in accordance with the terms of our agreement with you and your lawful instructions.
LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES
The Application may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the collection or use of your Data by any third-party sites.
Therefore, Dovemax Consulting disclaims any liability for any third party’s use of your Data obtained through your use of a third-party web site.
SECURITY
We have policies and procedures in place to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your Data that we collect and maintain. All Data is stored on secure servers, behind a firewall, at a data center, with
access to data strictly controlled. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) to encrypt your user passwords and personal credit information, including your credit card information and expiration date, before it travels over the Internet. Any unauthorized use of the Services may result in criminal prosecution and/or civil claims.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Data from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.
YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS DATA
You may have certain rights to access your Data stored in EduSupport App’s Services or shared by Dovemax Consulting with third parties. As a data processor providing services to you, we will assist you to, as may be required by applicable law, to comply with any access requests made of you by your customers.
